Wulf Thoma
Wulf graduated in 1986 with an M.S. in Biology from Friedrich-Alexander-University, Erlangen, Germany and in 1991 with a B.S in Physical Therapy from KG-Schule Ortenau, Germany. Resident of and practitioner in Lafayette since 1993, he is experienced in all settings (ICU, Acute, SNF, Inpatient and Outpatient Rehab) and has a strong background in Manual Therapy and Sports Medicine having treated triathletes and long distance runners in his native area of North Bavaria. Wulf has since specialized in the treatment of the neurologically impaired and is now one of the best-known therapists in the region for the rehabilitation of patients after Stroke and Head Injury. In addition, he is a Neuro-Rehab instructor, teaching courses which incorporate NDT, motor control and other evidence- based approaches.
Dr. Kristen Dyck
Kristen graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. She subsequently graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Women’s University in Houston, Texas. Her past clinical experiences include a wide range of settings, such as inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, outpatient aquatic physical therapy, and neurological-focused outpatient private practice.
Simonne Klusman
Simonne graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Northeast Louisiana University. She has since worked in inpatient and outpatient settings specializing in the treatment of neurological patients. Her training includes advanced NDT courses, splinting, hand therapy and vestibular rehab and she has worked closely with Wulf for the past 5 years

Jackie Cusimano is our Massage Therapist/Rehab Technician with 16 years experience.
Carolyn Auld, MS CCC-SLP
Carolyn graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in both English and Communication Disorders
and with a Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed by the State of Louisiana. Her clinical experience includes both inpatient and outpatient settings with a focus on the rehabilitation of neurogenic communication disorders.
Tia Hulin
Tia graduated in 2010 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from San Juan College in Farmington, New Mexico. Working as a Massage Therapist for the past 14 years, she has a great understanding of the systems of the body and how they work. Her past clinical experiences include inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient orthopedic therapy and neurological focused, outpatient private practice.
Deborah Latiolais
Deborah graduated in 1998 from CCCC in McKinney, TX. She has 14 years experince as a Physical Therapy Assistant in all clinical settings including rehab, outpatient, home health, LTAC and nursing home care.
Lori Domingue
Lori is a very integral part of the Helping Hands Physical Therapy team as our office manager. She has been directing all of the in house functions for 5 years such as client scheduling and insurance billing.
Sarah Angel
Sarah Angel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from USL in 1997 and a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from LSU in 1999. She has 13 years experience in both clinical and medical marketing settings.
